Take Advantage of the Last Bits of Summer

Last week I went out with my girls to Centre Island. It's one of the easiest and cheapest getaways from the city you can do. Basically as soon as you step onto the ferry you feel like your on vacation.
We spent the whole day here and did quite a bit from canoeing, biking around the island, getting slushies and finally spending the rest of the day jamming to music on the beach.
It was such a relaxing day, made better by hanging in my bikini all day. My bikini top is from Aeries and the black bottoms are from Topshop.
Below are just some pictures of my day and the scenery on the island.

Strappy Black Bikini

When I saw this bikini online I had to have it. Its so different from other bikinis I've seen. Victoria Secret was a little to expensive for a student on a budget so I went searching for a cheaper alternative.
Lucky me I found the same thing on Ebay for only $9. I was a little bit hesitant because of the price it just seem to go to be true. After some research I decided to take a gamble.
I order the bikini in small in black.
It came a lot faster than I thought it would. Online it said it would take up to April 17 to arrive when I ordered it last week, but here it is in my mail box a week and a half later. I'm truely shocked that it took less than to weeks to make it from China.
Its true to the decription and fits really well, cant wait to show it off at the beach.

Get Away to Centre Island

My summer is never complete without taking a ferry across lake Ontario to the island. I live the ferry which allows me to see the beautiful skyline and feel the waters mist. There's lots to do from taking a dip, building sand castles, riding a tandem bike, playing in the park or simplying getting away from the city bustle and slow down.
