I went to get a face mask only to be introduced to their new holiday winter collection and it was love at first sight.Plus I felt like spending some of my hard earned cash and treated myself and my sister to these lovelies below.

This is the Rudolph fresh face mask and the Santa's lip scrub

The coolest part about this lip scrub which I didn't know (first lip scrub from Lush) it's all edible and it taste like cherry coke which little hearts, how bomb is that!

And it's currently out of stock online!

The Rudolph face mask is very hydrating and there's a little cherry in the middle to symbolize Rudolph red nose. Isn't just adorable! This face mask is very hydrating which is exactly what I need for this Canadian winter. My face gets very dry.

Homemade Pretzels

Happy December!
It's been a very busy week and it's only going to get crazier as the terms ends and exams start. Also everything just gets a little bit more hectic with the holidays fast approaching.
On to the post!

So when those cold winter nights hit and you want something warm to eat thats not heavy and works great with tea, how about a pretzel.

My brother taught me how to make these from his cooking class and the best part you can make them just the way you like.
We made two types a garlic, herb butter pretzel and a sesame pretzel.
It takes about 10mins in the oven and the secret here is to brush some baking powder-water mixture on top to help them brown faster.

 Delicious and simple.

First Day of Snow

I woke up this morning to a frigid temperature and outside snow covered the ground. I though finally snow, finally December and the holidays! I love the snow and was happy to See the ground and trees covered in white, too bad it melted by the afternoon. Do you like the snow? I also love the different colours and clothing that you can wear for the winter, like right now I'm soooo into different hats especially the knitted ones.
