Morning

Love easy and simple breakfast. This morning I had a piece of toast where I cooked an egg in the middle. I threw in some sausage, spinach and tomatoes.
Happy Tuesday!
P.S I can't wait for pretty little liars & Being Mary Jane tonight!!

Dandelion Manicure

A fun and simple manicure that you can do in less than 5 minutes.
It's a cute fall design with dandelions blowing in the wind.
I used recycle by china glaze for the base and a black stripper for the stem and a thin white stripper for the fluffy dandelion top. Ohh i nearly forgot I also put on a matte top coat which I liked a lot better than my usually glossy finish.  This can work on both short nails and long nails.
Try it out for yourself. Enjoy!

Fish tail Braid

One of my favorite and simple hair styles to keep hair out of my face since the weather here in Toronto is now in the negatives. Brr its hard to wake up and when I'm in a rush this is my go to hair style. Easy and fast.Just like how you would braid your hair except you part you hair into two pieces and then take small pieces from one side and add in to the next and keep going back and forth. It takes a while, I mean it took a couple tries for me to even get it too look decent.. lol.
Thanks for readings, happy Tuesday.

Eggplant Parmigiana

My first attempt at creating this delicious dinner. I saw the recipe on "The Chew" and I had to try it out. It's a simple recipe and easy to execute. Once you have assembled all the ingredients and soften the eggplant in a pan just slip it in the oven for 20 mins and go about your day. Very delicious and fast, definitely going to make this for dinner again.

Mango & Kiwi Parfait with Greek yogurt

Simply snacks made easy. That's my motto when I'm hungry and need something to munch on but I don't want to reach for chips or cookies. The temptations are hard BUT  . . . this little snack will keep you coming back for more.
This parfait is really simple to make all i did was layer some honey greek yogurt, oatmeal and diced kiwi and mangos. Not only does it look beautiful it taste great too. Enjoy!
