Bats and Purple Skies

Happy Halloween!
I have one last nail look for this Halloween.
It's a purple gradient with bats and the moon in the night sky.
I love bats for Halloween and loved the way this turned out!

Ruffian Nails

A fun fall mani that has a sophisticated edge and a clean look. I loved this design but I didn't think it would look good on me. Nor am I a fan of dark colours on me but with this design you can easily change up the colours depending on your mood.
I went for a festive fall look that reminded me of the leaves on the trees and longer dark nights.
This was a fun and simple mani and I hope you try it out for yourself. I used three colours and a matte top coat on the black to add something extra to the manicure.

Smoldering Blues Eye Makeup Look

Autumn the best time of the year for funky and colourful makeup, today I have this look I call my smokey blues or smoldering blues. I thought why not take the classic smokey eye and jazz it up a bit.
This is one of my favorite smokey eye looks, using my favorite colour cobalt blue. This is a pigment by Annabelle which i got for Christmas , its an incredible colour especially when you use it was some mixing medium which i learnt how to make homemade online. I loved the way this turned out and I got quite a bit of compliments from my friends. It's a fun and flirty way to spice up your look for a night out.I paired it with nude lips and a sock bum for a classy elegant look. And there you have it.

Homemade Finger Foods Using Wonton Wrappers

With thanksgiving here in Canada I liked to try a new recipe each year and surprise my family when they find it it was homemade but looks like it was bought at the store. This i year I made quiche. Or at least my take on quiche. I used wonton wrappers and made different types of fillings in each wrapper finally to get the shape i put them in a cupcake tray to bake and keep its shape. And ta da! The final outcome, they look amazing and taste even better.

Niagara Falls

This is a pretty late post but its better late than never. I went to Niagara Falls with my friends college 2 weeks ago. If you don't know about Niagara Falls its like the Canadian version of Las Vegas excepted waaayyy more tamed. Its a beautiful place by the falls, where you can do many things like sight see, shop, go on rides (its like a carnival there), go to the casino and party.
I have some pictures of my time there as well as pics from the wax house we went to and fireworks that they have over falls every night. Its a very romantic place and so much fun.
