Joes nail polish and Nail Deco

Whooooo I felt like the much needed shop therapy and went out and did just that but on a much cheaper scale. Joe fresh has a nail polish line and I got one yesterday I have yet to swatch it and see how it works. For those that don't know about Joes it is associated with Loblaws, it sells clothing, shoes etc. The are sold for $ 4 a bottle or 3 for $10 which is a really nice deal! Also I've been into 3-D designs so I went out to the dollar store and saw these decorative beads which will work perfectly on my nails. Next week I will use them in a design. But this is a really cheap way to design your nails this pack of 6 different coloured beads only cost me $1.50 where as at micheals it would cost $7-14. But that is basically all I got. That's all for now enjoy!

I rant!

I planned to post so many new things this weekend and now I can't because I don't even have a weekend anymore. I work 9 hours today!! And on top of that I have a crapload of homework and that's not even the worst part! The worst part is we have been getting summer like weather and I have to be stuck indoors. . . I mean SERIOUSLY just my luck!?!
Oh but it doesn't stop there, I was hoping to get new books to review and read and just to keep myself happy but I can't do that either because all the library staff is on strike in Toronto.
And the absolute worst part of having to work is that fact I can't even do my nails! How will I keep my sanity! Slowly tryna cope. I just had to rant lol
Have a great weekend and use it to the fullest :)

OPI Gone Gonzo! Review and swatches

This is one of the nail polishes from the OPI Muppets collection. Its called Gone Gonzo! which is a a blue sparkle nail polish with silver hexagonal sparkles with it. It takes 2 to 3 coats for opacity and it took 3 to 4 days to see a chip but it wasnt even noticable. I never knew when my two year old cousin picked this colour up that it was apart of the Muppets collection, I really like their collection and I have been into sparkly nail polishes as of late.

March Break meals: baked ziti pasta

Me and my brother cooked up this baked macaroni Ziti pasta for dinner this week. We like to experiment and try different things. I love to cook, its one of my passions and it doesn't hurt to be able to prove your parents wrong either by showing them that you can cook.

Nail Polish Swatch and Review : Essie Secret Stash

I know I've been M.I.A and that's because I recently got a job so that's been taking up most to all of my time. I went out and got this nail polish by Essie at my local nail polish store this was on sale for $2.99, usually the price is 6-7 dollars a bottle. This is a bright, hot pink nail polish that is bold and perfect for summer. For opacity I needed 3 coats, it was a very liquidity formula, but other than that a very beautiful colour.

Book Review: Screaming Season Possessions # 3

This is the last and final instalment of the Possession Trilogy. And Nancy Holder doesnt hold back. She bring the scary and creepy to a whole new level. Who will survive the ghost possession and who wont? Who can you trust? And who is the Marlwood stalker?

Linsday is back at Marlwood for the final time with a mission in mind, she has to get rid of Celia. She can no longer look at her reflection and she is going insane with Celia in her body. She will do whatever it takes, even if it means forming an alliance with her enemy Mandy. In this third instalment, they battle together to get rid of the ghosts of Marlwood who have reeked havoc on the grounds of Marlwood for years. There are many new alliances formed and surprise such as Lindsay will team up with Miles (Mandy's brother) for the better good. Her Ex makes a surprise entrance and her best friend Julie turns her back on her. And there is a new psychiatric at Marlwood, is he there for the good or for evil, adn what is this new character really up too?
The other thing i didn't really like was the issue with Troy it was never really clearup about what happened, so we are just left to assume things.
I thinks the best part of the book was the end or is it the end? I dont want to spoil it but lets just say i was like WTF, HOLY SHIT! Just for the end alone it is worth the read.
Nancy Holder has to be one of my fav author and she doesn't fail to impress me in her style of written and story lines. There are always original and fresh. I have to wonder where she comes up with her creepy ideas to write books like these.
